The Paper Show: Exploring the Possibilities of Paper--Call for Entry

Beyond the traditional use as a two-dimensional surface-this is a call for paper as art.

Manipulated, cut, pasted, altered, formed, poured, folded, or otherwise used in unique creation.

Paper must be central to the theme or material of the artwork for consideration in the show.

Entry Deadline: March 22, 2010
Exhibition Dates: April 2 - May 15, 2010
Opening Reception: April 2, 2010

This is an juried exhibition open to all artists.

Each artist can submit up to three pieces with a $10 entry fee per artist for accepted work only. Only one of the three submitted works may be chosen for the show depending on space.

To Submit Your Work please include:

1. Contact information: name, phone, email address, and website if applicable

2. Title, dimensions, materials of artwork

3. A digital image in jpeg format of your artwork (jpg file no bigger than 300kb)

If you are unable to email an image please make other arrangements for the curators to review your work by calling the gallery at 530-842-0222 right away

4. Price of the artwork if it is for sale

5. All wall pieces must arrive ready to be hung/installed

Drop Off:

1. You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions reminding you when to bring your work.


2. All work must be delivered to Liberty Arts Gallery on: TBA
