What's your Problem?

Are you stuck with a project you're working on? A technical problem to solve? An artistic issue to work through? An idea you're not sure what to do with?

Need a look from a fresh pair of eyes?

Want to share something you've made?

The answer is the PCB Artist Working Group. The AWG, open to all PCB members, meets informally to exchange ideas, tips, and encouragement.

The next meeting is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 9 at 10 am, location to be determined.

Please join us for artistic fellowship! If you're interested, contact Susan Viguers at susan@philadelphiacenterforthebook.org.

Wagner Free Institute of Science

Members and friends are welcome for a special visit to another of Philadelphia's hidden gem libraries. The Wagner Free Institute of Science was founded in 1855 to provide free science education for adults, and continues that mission today. Its library boasts a strong collection of early 19th century works on science and science education.

Head Librarian Lynn Dorwaldt will show us the library and some of its treasures.

  Don't miss this rare opportunity!
